How can I help you? 

  •  I offer weekly counselling to help you feel more confident and balanced as a mum 

  • Sessions are offered online or at LEAF Health Clinic in Hitchin. Babies can attend if needed

  • The session length is 50 minutes

  • I offer short term or more open ended/longer term therapy


As an integrative counsellor, I draw on a range of different theories and techniques to support your individual needs, making sure you get the most out of the therapy sessions. Working at your pace we will focus on what you want   to bring, giving you the opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings in an empathetic, non- judgemental space.
